HOW SOON CAN I GET IN?

The consultation is only 15-minutes, so you can usually get in pretty quick. When you go to book, you'll be able to see every 15-minute spot we have for the next 120 days. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

Our prices are based on time. That way, when you book a timeslot, you know exactly how much it will cost. No surprises. Your stylist will tell you how much time to book with her at your consultation. Monday - Thursday 10-7; Friday 10-5

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our address is 1610 Dutch Fork Road, Suite B Irmo, SC 29063. We are directly beside Dutch Fork Insurance Group and Pelicans.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

We do not accept walk-ins for services. All of our appointments are booked online and we are accepting new clients every day. You can drop in any time, though, and check out our clean beauty boutique. Get a feel for our vibe. You don't have to get your hair done here to shop here.

I'M NOT TECH SAVVY, WHAT IF I MESS IT UP?

We've set this up so that it's almost totally fool proof. It won't let you book what you're not supposed to book, it won't show you times that aren't available, and it won't let you book with the wrong person. 

You'll get a text message:

  • any time you book

  • when we've seen and approved your request

  • any time you or we make a change to your appointment

We'll show you how it works when you come in for your consultation.

CAN I BOOK A SERVICE AT THE SAME TIME AS MY CONSULTATION?

Yes! You can get a blowout, a haircut, or any other non-chemical service. You'll see the choices when you're in the booking app. It's a great idea to book a blowout with your consultation because it gives us an opportunity to work with your hair and get to know it.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS?

That's what the consultation is for. Even if you don't end up choosing us as your hairdressers, you'll still know more about your hair and the process than you did before you came. It's a win no matter what.
